      Description

      When setting +5:30 as an option within a template, the config file for SPA921 shows:

      <Time_Zone ua="na">+5:00</Time_Zone>

      This isn't correct or compatible with the SPA921 handsets, it should be:

      <Time_Zone ua="na">GMT+5:30</Time_Zone>
