Error with "Mailbox" and "Force Mailbox" Outbound CID Mode in VM Notify

If you select either "Mailbox" or "Force Mailbox" as the Outbound Caller ID modes and also leave the "Fixed Caller ID" field blank, it leads to an error page as shown. If these modes require the user to enter something in the Fixed Caller ID field, it would be better to have a cleaner error pop-up message or similar.
