IVR direct dial (enable=extension) not response to external calls

      Description

      Hi,

      PBX Firmware: 6.12.65-24
      PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

      I did a fresh install FreePBX 6.12.65-24. I am able to call in and call out. Now I want to use IVR. I did the system recording and config IVR with direct dial to Extensions. When I call in I can hear my message. However, when I press any buttons (extension for example 101 or 102) I get no responses. Once the message end I get hang up. What am I missing in the IVR configuration?

      In the IVR Ext I put:
      1 Ring Group My RG(600)
      2 Directory My directory

      I also call my SIP providers if they need to do something on their side but they say everything look OK on their side (no help).

      Any help would greatly appreciated,
