Allow Duplication of Class of Service settings

Class of Service Profiles can become quite complicated. The Feature Codes tab, in particular, becomes dotted with call flow toggles and other feature codes that are department- (i.e. Class of Service profile) specific. As we convert more extensions and departments over to our FreePBX system, it's clear that it would be great if we could have a default Class of Service with the base settings we want (no department-specific Feature Codes, and all Ring Groups, Queues, Conferences, etc set to deny), duplicate it, and then customize it by adding in only the department-specific Feature Codes, Ring Groups, Queues, etc that their department should have access to.
