Reinstalling current Framework module does not reinstall /var/www/html/admin/.htaccess

      Description

      Had modified /var/www/html/admin/.htaccess after reading a suggestion in comments in ticket #5288 but it caused a security notice to appear. When I removed the added lines the notice persisted so I went to Module Admin and reinstalled Framework (twice, actually) but it did not restore the original /var/www/html/admin/.htaccess that was the reason for the security notice. So the warning still persists.
