      Description

An Announcement or Invalid Retry Recording System Recording in a Directory cannot be composed of multiple files.
If a recording used in one of these 2 fields (not an issue with Invalid Recording it seems), is composed of more than one file

      • we hear the default "Sorry you're having problems" recording (and possibly get Returned to IVR if the option is checked)
      • we can see the following in the log file
        [2015-04-28 10:00:36] WARNING[6147][C-0000908c] file.c: File custom/file1&custom/file2 does not exist in any format
[2015-04-28 10:00:36] WARNING[6147][C-0000908c] file.c: Unable to open custom/file1&custom/file2 (format (ulaw)): No such file or directory

This problem does not occur if a System Recording is composed of a single file (custom/file1 for example).

Also, whatever we enter as a System Recording for Invalid Recording, we always hear the default "Sorry you're having problems" recording first.
