When queue is configured with IVR Break Out Menu, changing back to None doesn't work

      Description

      In a Queue configuration, changing the option for "IVR Break Out Menu:" adds "context=[ivr number]" in queues_additional.conf. However, changing the setting back to None does not set any context. On a live server, choosing Apply Changes in FreePBX does not have the expected result of removing the queue's access to the IVR context.
