After using UCP for EPM to configure a user's line keys and or side keys we find the soft keys section turns green upon clicking "Save" or "And Reboot". We haven't changed anything in the soft keys section. Unfortunately, the config files reflect soft keys of type N/A, which blanks out the idle soft keys. The only choice we have at this point is to remove the phones from UCP altogether after the BLF's are created so users can still have soft keys. Even if we wanted to customize the soft keys in UCP, there is no drop down for the soft key 'type' as is required for Yealink phones. Because there is no type, the soft key defaults to N/A which then clears out the soft keys to nothing.
