Show busy on phone display when calling an internal extension in use

When dialing an extension that is currently on the phone show that the extension is in use on the display of the originating phone. Or have the ability to set call waiting disable to internal only calls so users know when they are calling someone already on the phone and don't have a BLF for that extension.
