Unable to perform a call transfer when called by a follow-me

When follow me is turned on for an extension and one of the extensions picks up a call, that extension cannot do an attended or blind call transfer. If you dial *2, the DTMF tones are played to the caller and the transfer never begins. Likewise, ## does not work either, only the tones are played to the caller. Dialing *1 results in a recording saying access is denied and the caller does not hear the DTMF tones.

If follow me is turned off, all functionally returns normally.
