Add ability to map the Contacts REST app to contacts button on Digium phones

The contacts button currently does nothing, and is essentially unconfigurable form the EPM (as far as I can tell). On a D40/D45, using the only other line key for the Contacts REST app does not make sense; this should either be mapped to the contacts button, or at least have an option to populate the contacts XML file with data from the contacts module.
