UCP not listening to port 81

      Description

      Currently our UCP is only running on port 80, not 81 as specified in the settings (and welcome email). I'm trying to get UCP fixed to allow our consultants outside our office to be able to use JUST the UCP through the firewall. Per a forum doc I found, I was running 6.12.65-20, upgraded through the steps to 6.12.65-24, does not seem to have affected the functionality of UCP.
