ToDo:
Currently, it is possible to allow users to access a shared voicemail box, which has been a great improvement. I would like to grant these users to be able to listen to and manage the voicemail, but NOT allow them to access the voicemail settings or the voicemail greetings.
For example, a system admin spends a considerable amount of time setting up recorded greetings for the general voicemail box, but an errant end-user has the access to easily overwrite the recorded voicemail greeting. Of course, this is not difficult to fix, but ideally, there should be user-level access and admin-level access.
The setting would need to be specific to each mailbox. Users should have admin level access to their own mailbox, but should be able to be restricted for shared mailbox.
For my specific needs, I do not need a distinction between "settings" and "greetings." Users in my organization will be allowed access to both or neither. I do not know if finer granularity would be useful to others.
