After installing the FreePBX 12 version I performed various tests and when comparing screens, I noticed that some changes were made on the Queue screen for call recording. I selected "Yes" and tested a call. Nothing was recorded. I then selected "Force" and tested a call and again, nothing was recorded. I could not see any other switches or toggles on the screen to activate call recording so I believe it is broken.
