Restapps Call Forward module - when disabling CF, Done & Cancel buttons don't work

      Description

      User is able to go in and set the Call forward destination, works great. When the user goes in to disable call forward, they hit CHANGE and the display changes to a field to enter a new number. Options are to enter a new number, CANCEL or DONE or BACKSPACE. Pressing CANCEL or DONE do nothing, but should exit you out of the app.

      As a feature improvement, ideally you would be able to hit a DISABLE button when the display says ENABLED:YES. Currently EXIT and CHANGE are the only options.
