Incorporate DPMA Call recording into Digium Phone Module

FreePBX Digium Phone Module does not enable call recording as does the DPMA. This feature is really good - providing full access to the recording file from the phone. It would be a good feature to add to FreePBX Digium Phone Module to behave like the DPMA for this feature.
