I would like to see a filter added to the Call Recordings Report Module. When creating users (Administrators) you can specify a department and/or extension range. I would like to see those settings carried over to the Call Recordings Report.
We are a company with 3 different, completely separate, departments, that do not interact with each other. Because the report does not have any sort of filter, all Quality Control staff can see the calls from All Departments. This is not only extra work because they have to sort through the files to find their department, but also poses a possible security risk as the information on these recordings varies in terms of information that may have been recorded.
