UCP fails to play voicemail audio in Internet Explorer 11

      Description

      The client is Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 with Adobe Flash Player installed.

      Trying to play a voicemail in UCP using the play button results in the displayed error text stating "Update Required" and that one should update the browser or the Flash plugin.

      This may be by design depending on which browsers UCP is designed to support. I could not find information on end-user browser support when looking at UCP docs in the wiki.
