EndPoint Manager 12 does not preserve softkey customization from EndPoint 2.11

Hi, I did my first upgrade from EndPoint Manager 2.11 to 12.0.0.10 on a test system. I noticed my custom softkey definitions for Aastra phones were lost and overwritten with default values. Both the highlighting of which models I had (e.g. 6737i) and the softkey definitions for the same were lost on the upgrade. Also, Aastra template customizations (for example, I had set an Aastra dialplan string) were also lost and set back to defaults.

Also, there is an extra line at the end of aastra.cfg with the contents:
