Wrong charset in CDR records/connection

      Description

      When I have an extension with the name:

      "Secretaria Direcção"

      The values in the table get wrong, they'll be there as you can see on the attached image.

      I think there's a missing charset definition somewhere in the connection to MySQL.

      Which charset is used in the connection to MySQL when cdr's are saved onto the table?
