I just installed the latest FreePBX Distro.
I have a Queue set-up that is configured to ring all (about 10 extensions) queue members until one answers. The Queue times out in 30 seconds.
The Ringtime Default (set in the advanced settings module) is 20 seconds. All Extensions are configured to use the Ringtime Default.
If I dial into the Queue, extensions that have voicemail enabled will ring for only 20 seconds and then stop ringing. However, extensions that have no voicemail enabled will ring for the full 30 seconds before they stop ringing.
This disparity is likely an unintended coding issue. There doesn't seem to be any reason to terminate the calls at 20 seconds to queue member extensions that happen to have voicemail enabled, since voicemail is not taking the calls.
If I set-up a Ring Group with the same extension numbers configured the same way (Ring them all for 30 seconds), they all ring for 30 seconds regardless of whether they have voicemail enabled.
