Headset when call screening on

Call comes to extension with Call Screening turned on, caller is prompted to say name, rings the extension user presses the headset/speaker button to pick up the call and the person's name is played, when the user presses "1" to connect the call, neither party can hear each other, the user has to press the speaker/headset button again for them to be able to hear one another. when the phone is set to use just speaker phone or handset caller and user can hear each other after the "1" button is pressed.
