We have setup all our queues with a breakout IVR that allows the caller to press 1 and leave a message to have their call returned. However, we noticed that some callers when pressing 1 on the main IVR and going straight to voicemail (probably due to dtmf being sent twice). So I went to remove the breakout IVR. After removing the breakout IVR and applying changes, when a caller was holding in the queue, they could still press 1 and be sent to voicemail. Even though this option was turned off. So it appears that when Freepbx writes the queue config it doesn't completely remove a breakout IVR if the user unselects that. Also, it might be wise to not enable the breakout IVR options in the queue until the breakout IVR has at least been played once. As it stands now I can't use a breakout IVR with any of the same number options as the main IVR cause double dtmf could occur though a carrier issue or the user pressing the button twice.
