the initial greeting defined for a notification sequence begins playing well before anyone has answered a call - it just takes off on its own … and leaves one confused as to what exactly the call is for - its not a time issue whereby you could insert some dead air - its simply is playing the recording without anyone being available to listen to it … when you do accept the call it could be anywhere from a few seconds into the initial greeting to the point where its already begin the instructions
