improve extension routing programming for bigger PBX sizes

managing outbound routes for bigger size PBX is very difficult via the existing drag and drop mechanism to block / unblock extensions.

It would help a lot if 2 extra buttons would be available : "allow all extensions" and "block all extensions". Most routes are blocked or allowed for all extensions, and just need exception of a very limited list.

P.S. the window size showing the list of extensions would be much more handier if it was bigger and perform an automatic extension number sort. In fact this is a general remark for other windows too which are related to possibly bigger size lists (mostly extensions related).
