      Description

      My users are confused when the receptionist does an attended transfer to send a call to them. They don't hear any type of beep or tone when the call gets transferred, so there's an awkward silence then a bunch of "Hello, Hello, are you there...".
      Can a tone or beep option be added for attended transfers?
