No extension recording when dialing *80701
I have all extensions set to record always on internal.
When I dial just the intercom# 701 it records the internal call.
When I dial *80701 for hands-free reply to internal extension it does not record the call.
It is still an internal call and *80 is part of the feature/dial plan but some how asterisk does not see it as an internal call when it come to recording it. Not only does it not see as internal but it does not see it as an external call either, we have the extensions set to record both. All other normal internal and external calls are being recorded correctly. Does any one have a work around, we use hands-free calling to extensions very often? We just discovered this and many of our calls have not been recorded. This a requirement for quality assurance purposes and will be needed in in our production environment.
Our system we are testing with is setup as follows
PIAF 126.96.36.199 on Virtualbox
