I think in freepbx 2.11 cdr reports search condition "CallerID Number" works on cnum column of cdr table. The field cnum is empty when the call has answerd by IVR and the caller hung up. In this case the cdr reports, will not show the calls by a specific caller id, answered by IVR. How can I fix the problem ? I need to see all the calls (IVR answered too).
