Bulk extensions is writing noanswer_des, busy_dest and chanunavail_dest to subsequent extensions

When doing an import ( Bulk Extensions ) and there is and entry for noanswer_des, busy_dest and chanunavail_dest all the following extensions are getting those settings. So if I was to import 200~210 and 205 had entries for noanswer_des, busy_dest and chanunavail_dest then 205, 206, 207, 208,209 and 210 would all get those settings... which isn't right.
