an inbound call was placed to our queue and the call was routed to an agent who is a remote user connected via an OpenVPN VPN tunnel. When he answered the call, it was shown as "connected" on his Bria 3 softphone, however but there was dead air and dropped after a few seconds. Then the call rang again to his phone, which he could not pick up and then went to voicemail. In the CDR, the call is shown as answered but then the same call continued being in the queue and kept ringing until it reached voicemail. The extension concerned is 7806. This extension also has a FollowMe configured in "ringall" to a mobile number. The call is from 15149076158.
