Can't listen to voicemail on iPhone

      iPhone makes some very strange requests for media files, so even though it supports uncompressed wave audio (.wav files) it will not play them from ARI. I made these changes to FreePBX 2.10, to wrap the outdated <embed> element in an HTML5 <audio> element for modern browsers, and also to allow partial content requests to be responded to properly.

      This works well for me, but I haven't seen any confirmation that it works for others. Feedback would be appreciated.
