Using FreePBX 220.127.116.11
I have my voice mails emailed to me. This works great. But, the instant i utilize the CID name prefix within a "inbound route" or a "ring group", the voice mails are NO longer emailed to me. I have tried numerous combinations of CID prefix names. That doesn't seem to matter.
I have tried it as a SIP extension and a virtual extension. Neither work.
If i add it to the inbound route, no voice mails are emailed to me. If i set the CID prefix within the ring group, if the caller opted to just go to voice mail without calling, the email works. If the user chooses the option that sends them through the ring group, and after no answer transfers to voice mail, the voice mail will NOT be emailed.
The email does show up within the PBX system. Just something in the CID prefix is preventing the process of emailing the voicemessage.
