outbound calls not displayed in user portal call monitor

      Description

      I have checked the general and advanced settings in FreePBX, but could find not option for this.
      I have searched the forums and could not find anything related to this issue.
      I posted to the forums, but did not receive any responses... so as a last resort I am posting as a bug.

      In the User Portal | Call Monitor, outbound calls are not being displayed (only inbound calls are).

      Before moving to FreePBX Distro we used Elastix with FreePBX and both inbound and outbound calls were displayed...
      Now that we use FreePBX Distro and no outbound calls are listed in the user panel call monitor.

      How do I get outbound calls listed in the Call Monitor of the User Panel?

      We are running:
      PBX Firmware: 2.210.62-5
      PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0
      FreePBX: 2.10.1.5
