Queue announcement and failover

Hi,

I'm using queues and announcement.

I set the queue "Join Announcement" settings with a welcome message saying that the call will be processed.

If the queue is empty I use the failover destination with another announcement that plays another message.

The problem is that it does not check if the queue is empty before playing the "Join announcement" message.
