I noticed a strange behaviour of the IVR Break Out Repeat Frequency Feature.
If I set the Repeat Frequency to 30 Seconds and the Agent Timeout is 1 Minute, the IVR Menu is only played >60 seconds. If I set the Agent Timeout to 10 Seconds, it is played after 30 seconds though ...
I believe, this is not the intended behaviour ...
