Interface to schedule conferences

We have a conference system that allows the user to schedule a conference then generate an email to all participants. This creates two separate emails one for the attendees and another for the leader.

I think this would be great if it could have an outside # and extension that is automatically included in the emails along with the meeting # and date/times the conference starts. When the conference ends it would automatically be deleted some fixed time after everyone disconnects say 1 hour.
