Voicemail configuration

The Voicemail Admin module has a place to change the polling of mailboxes and the time interval for doing it, however unles you have already uncommented those lines in the vm_general.conf file, the module won't apply those settings. Once the lines are manually uncommented, then you can make changes in the file.
