ToDo:
We get a common request to filter the call monitor log to only show those records where call monitors exist. This can be useful for deleting monitor files and for finding a particular call with monitoring.
The attached patch creates a new checkbox that allows the filtering to occur.
I've tested it but only with the default ARI global variables (e.g. allow deletion).
