      Description

Caller dials the directory, caller spells the name gets multiple hits (my test only 2 hits) the system prompts to finish the name or press # to list the choices. Well if you hit the # key and the users don't have a name setup in VM so the system defaults and starts to spell out their name via tts, after spelling the names the digit time out (no option in the GUI and defaults to 3) automatically gets "zero". And I see this in the logs right after the last letter was said and nothing has been pressed "directory.agi,dir=1: got result: 0" and then any digit you press will start to repeat the spelling of the names again from the beginning. Basically keeps them in a loop unless! If you interrupt the spelling of the name and press any number for the choices before the 3 second time out the call will route just fine.
