Announcement with "return to IVR" checked gives "invalid extension" recording after playing announcement

If we have an announcement that is called from an IVR and the announcement has "return to IVR" checked. It always gives "invalid extension" recording after playing the announcement... the logs show "... sent into invalid extension 'return' in context 'ivr-3'...".

Per a post in another forum I have confirmed that removing 'i' destination from the calling IVR makes this problem go away. Of course this is only a troubleshooting step because we need the 'i' destination in the IVR... but it should help you track down the issue.
