Queue not ringing agents after Asterisk restart

      Description

      When Asterisk is restarted manually or automatically (eg core dump) the queue's with static agents no longer ring the agents. The caller gets to the queue but no agent is ever called. The only way to get this to work again normally is to go into any queue from the FPBX web and "Submit Changes" and then Reload and then all queue's start ringing to the agents again. I have this same phenomenon on 3 different boxes with *v1.6 and *v1.4 all with the latest stable v2.7 of FPBX installed.
