expand day/night mode into morning/noon/afternoon/night mode..

we want to set an inbound route with a destination where the client can call a feature code like *XXY where the y could be a number 0 to 9 for each preconfigured destination.

chaining two or three day/night mode is a problem since the user has to go through a series of feature codes in order to return to the orginal destination.
