I was thinking about adding a few features to the ARI portal and conferences. Conceptually here is what I was thinking:
1. Create a global variable in main.conf.php to determine if the conference page should be listed.
2. Add a checkbox to the Call Monitor page so that is only shows calls where recordings exist. The trick here is that ARI looks for the file and the existence of the file is not in the database...thus the "filtering" has to be done in the HTML generation.
3. Create a page for conferences similar to the call monitor page that that shows conference call logs and recordings. This page could show conference call monitors just like extensions with the same "recordings only" checkbox. There would be a list of conference rooms that the extension has access to view recordings.
4. Create an additional field in conference setup that provides extensions that can view the call monitor detail.
I wanted to see what the group thought of these types of changes and would also probably need some help making sure I do it according to the standards, etc. Thoughts?
