FreePBX 2.4 and 2.5 Chinese translation

I translated FreePBX 2.4 and 2.5 into Chinese.

I'm recently working in translating FreePBX 2.4 into Chinese. I use gettext to generate .po files. However some text cannot be recognized by gettext, so I download FreePBX 2.5 since there are pot files in installation files of FreePBX 2.5.

I used msgcat command to concatenate the 2.5 .pot file with 2.4 .po file which is generated by gettext. I translated these concatenated .po files. This means my translation can support both 2.4 and 2.5 versions.

I translated the core module and 18 other modules including
