extension call permissions routing

It would be nice to have station permissions for outbound routing.
e.g. most of the extensions must type pin number when are trying to dial number xxxxxxxxxx.
But some specific extensions must have the authorization to dial the same number without a pin.
A number (permission) must be setup on the extension and another number on the trunk.
The higher the number the more permissions that the extension has.
