It would be nice if the various FreePBX fields that allow for CallerID entry would tell you if you are over their length limit or if the textbox itself had its length limited.
I didn't realize they had a limit while I was creating several extensions, and because the box scrolls when I went back in to look at the extension I could not see the end of the field and thus I didn't know that FreePBX had actually truncated my entries and that I was not sending valid CallerID fields.
So it would be nice if it either wouldn't let you enter more than a specific number of characters (by limiting the textbox max size) or if when you hit submit it would pop something up, like it does for some of the other fields.
It would also be nice if it would check to make sure you don't have disallowed characters in there like commas and such.
