This patch init some default values that people rarely change. Before process an extension, we should check if the current administrators have the right to edit or update the extension.
There's new settings in core_devices_add: call-screening and dictate.
I'd like to re-organize the template file, so that important column will be put first, and other default column can be omit, for user's convenient.
