I have a couple of suggestions for enhancements to ARI. Hopefully others will find them worthwhile?
1.) Duplicate the navigation buttons for multiple results pages that appear at the bottom of the page at the top of the page. This will make it easier to move forward without having to scroll to the bottom of the page and click.
2.) Make it possible to specify different numbers of results per page in the interface. That way a user could specify 20 or 50 or 100 results per page, depending on his/her needs.
3.) Possibly add Destination channel to the columns returned for call monitor calls so as to allow for searching by a particular agent for queue calls. For example, when searching for a call that went to Agent FREEPBX-127, I could specify "Agent/127" in the search results, or maybe sort by Destination channel to quickly find all of those agent's calls.
