In GUI -> System Recordings should present different message for correct formats that can't be played

I've opted to record in ulaw format because i think that will reduce my cpu overhead when playing back to sip channel with ulaw codec.

But now I can't use the 'click here to play this recording' feature.

the message i get in the popup window that would usually play the file is:

{noformat}
No compatible wav, mp3 or gsm format found to play:

record-opt{noformat}

The file that I'm trying to play is 'record-opt.ulaw'
