After DST time change, GUI continues to show the old time

      Description

      The past sunday, the time changed for much of North America. There are multiple reports in the forum that browsing to Admin -> System Admin shows the wrong time despite the system having the correct time.

      CDR records show up with the correct time

      but the call history widget in UCP shows the wrong time
